How will you help?

🔨 Gala Setup - Have fun at Lauriston Castle with fresh air, a bit of music, good company and teamwork to assemble tents, string bunting, layout the race course, hang signage and set out tables and chairs.

🥁 Parade Steward - You get the best view of the parade! Simply wear a high visibility vest and ensure onlookers are on the pavement so the parade can pass.

🚙 Monitor Entrance - Watch all the smiling faces enter Lauriston and turn away cars that fail to read posted signage (excl. Blue Badge holders)

👪 Sell Tickets & Admit Attendees - More smiling faces!  You will either simply wave in those with pre-purchased wristbands or be selling tickets to those in the queue

🎟️ Tombola - Chat with friends and neighbors as you sell Tombola tickets and give away prizes

🙌 Any Job - Not bothered which job you do?  Choose this option and select the time you are willing to help and we will put you where we need you.

🔨 Gala Breakdown - The same as setup above but in reverse.  Last year breakdown was done at Lauriston by about 5:30 pm.

🧹 Gala Cleanup - More fresh air with a morning walk to collect any remaining litter and make the ground good.
