Stallholder Information

The committee welcomes applications from local businesses and  organisations to promote and sell products and services at this very  popular event.

Applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm on 21st March 2024.

This is a very popular local, community event drawing 3,500+ visitors each year.

In the event there are more applications than pitches available,  priority is given to organisations and businesses local to Davidson's  Mains. You will be advised if your application has been successful on or before 5th April 2025.

Successful applicants will be sent a link to complete their booking and submit payment.

Approved food trucks/stalls will be sent a private link to confirm and pay for their booking. Your booking is only confirmed when payment has been received.

Market Stall - Pitch + Gazebo - £50

• Includes a pre-assembled 3m x 3m Gazebo or a similar size portion of a larger tent.
• Shelter sizes are approximate and may vary. 
• Stallholders are responsible for furnishing their own stalls.  The Gala does not provide tables or chairs.
• Electricity is not generally available.  We will try to accommodate  requests but electicity points on the field are very limited.

Market Stall - Pitch Only - £40

Hot Food Pitches - £150 + 2% of sales on the day

• Hot Food applications should be from vendors whose primary purpose is the provision of hot food to be eaten at the event.
• Bring your own tent, truck or van
• Shelter provided by the Gala on request only.
• There is limited electricity available by prior arrangement for Hot Food Pitches. Please ensure you detail requirements on your application  form.
• 2% of your sales from the day is to be paid to the Gala committee at the end of  Gala day, cash and cards accpeted. Food trucks are welcome to bring a generator. 

Local nonprofit organisations may qualify for a  discounted or free stall. Select the stall of your choice and be sure to  indicate during registration if you are a local nonprofit organisation.

All efforts to meet special requests will be made but cannot be guaranteed.
