The committee welcomes applications from local businesses and organisations to promote and sell products and services at this very popular event.
Applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm on 21st March 2024.
This is a very popular local, community event drawing 3,500+ visitors each year.
In the event there are more applications than pitches available, priority is given to organisations and businesses local to Davidson's Mains. You will be advised if your application has been successful on or before 5th April 2025.
Successful applicants will be sent a link to complete their booking and submit payment.
Approved food trucks/stalls will be sent a private link to confirm and pay for their booking. Your booking is only confirmed when payment has been received.
Market Stall - Pitch + Gazebo - £50

Hot Food Pitches - £150 + 2% of sales on the day
Local nonprofit organisations may qualify for a discounted or free stall. Select the stall of your choice and be sure to indicate during registration if you are a local nonprofit organisation.
All efforts to meet special requests will be made but cannot be guaranteed.
